What is Touchline?
Touchline is a browser-based platform for running grassroots football tournaments. Scheduling, rosters, consent, scoring, standings, player stats and tournament awards all live in one place.
Is Touchline free?
Touchline is currently free during beta. There's no card required and no trial clock. Beta access is limited, so you'll need to join the waitlist.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Touchline works in your browser, so there's nothing to install.
What happens if there's no signal at the field?
Keep scoring. Touchline saves scores on the phone and syncs them when you're connected again.
Can Touchline build my tournament schedule?
Yes. Add your tournament basics, format and fields, and Touchline builds the schedule. If a team drops out, you can update the tournament and rebuild the schedule.
How does parent consent work?
Parents receive a private link where they can read the consent information and sign from their phone. Coaches can see which players have completed consent as the responses come in.
How are matches scored?
Record the goal from the field, choose the scorer and add the assist. Touchline updates the tournament standings, brackets and player stats as matches are scored.
Does Touchline track player stats?
Yes. Recorded appearances, goals and assists can be tracked game by game, with performances and awards becoming part of the player's profile.
