The football’s the easy part.

The old Saturday

  • A schedule spreadsheet that breaks when a team drops out
  • Paper consent forms that never come back signed
  • “What field are we on?” asked forty times before 10am
  • Full-time scores living in one person’s notebook
  • A kid’s hat-trick, forgotten by Sunday

With Touchline

  • Pull a team out and the schedule rebuilds on the spot
  • Parents sign on their phones. You watch the list fill in.
  • Everyone gets the venue, field and kickoff time with their invite
  • Scores go in at the field and show up everywhere, live
  • Every goal and trophy is saved to the player’s own page

From idea to kickoff in an afternoon

Step 1 of 3

Create the tournament

Two quick steps — the basics, then your format. Fields, game rules and the schedule build themselves in about a minute.

Step 2 of 3

Invite the coaches

Coaches add their own rosters and handle their own consent forms. That part of the admin stops being yours.

Step 3 of 3

Kick off

Tap-to-score on every field, and the day's awards ready to confirm before the car park empties.

Built for everyone on the field

For organizers

Run the whole day from your pocket

A spreadsheet only you understand, a scoreboard nobody can see, and a queue of people asking when the final is. Touchline takes the admin. You watch the football.

Organizer sign-ups coming soon

  • Automatic scheduling

Pick a format, name your fields, and the schedule builds itself — then rebuilds the moment a team drops out.

  • Tap-to-score on every field

Tap the goal, the scorer, the assist. Standings, brackets and stats update everywhere as you go.

  • Awards, worked out for you

Champions, best scorer, most assists — worked out at full-time. Confirm the lot in a tap.

For coaches

Bring the roster, skip the paperwork

Chasing signatures one parent at a time. Typing the same roster into another organizer’s form. Hearing about a kickoff change third-hand. Touchline handles all three.

Join as coach or manager
  • One roster, every tournament

Photos, jersey numbers, positions — in one place, and it travels into every tournament you enter.

  • Consent, signed on a phone

Send each parent a private link. They read it, sign with a finger, and your list fills in name by name.

  • See every player’s season

Goals, assists and appearances, game by game — who’s flying, who needs minutes, in one view.

For players & parents

Every performance, on the record

A hat-trick on Saturday used to be gone by Sunday. Now every goal, assist and trophy goes somewhere permanent.

Players join through their coach’s invite — ask your coach for your claim link

  • A public profile

Every appearance, goal and award on one page. Send it to the grandparents. Or the scout.

  • Share cards

A player card with your season on it. Full-time graphics the moment the game is scored.

  • Games and standings

When you play, where, and how the standings look, on your dashboard without asking anyone.

Before you ask

Does it work at the field on a phone?

That's the whole point. Big type, high contrast and tap-to-score are designed for a sunny touchline with one hand free. Organizers run entire game days from their pocket.

How do parents sign consent forms?

Every player on the roster automatically gets a consent form for each tournament. The coach shares a private link; the parent reads the letter, types their name, signs with a finger and photographs the child's ID document — so have one to hand. Submit, and the coach's list updates instantly.

Can one tournament run several age groups?

Yes. One tournament runs U5 through 50+ side by side. Each age group plays its standard format — 5-a-side for the youngest, up to full 11s — with its own draw, games, standings and awards.

Do coaches need to build their rosters twice?

No. The roster lives in one place — photos, jersey numbers and all — and travels with the team into every tournament it enters.

What awards can we hand out?

At full-time, Touchline works out the day's awards from the results — champions, best scorer, most assists — and the organizer confirms them in a tap, or changes a recipient first. Best goalkeeper, best defender, player of the game and your own custom awards are there too. Every award lands permanently on the winner's public profile.

What does a player get out of it?

A public profile with every appearance, goal and award, plus a player card built from their real record. It's a career page for grassroots football.
